Return Policy

Fletcher stands behind each and every item that is placed for sale on this site.  Of course, sometimes things happen.  So, in the unlikely event you encounter an issue with your amazing new kicks, please review our return policy:

Terms

  1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the returns process (info@fletcherkicks.com).
  2. Your item must not have been worn at all.
  3. Your item must be returned with all original packaging, including the factory shoe box.
  4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. We will assess each situation on a case by case basis.  Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either offer you a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Procedure:

  1. Once approved for a return, pack unworn items in the original shoe box.
  2. Place the package in the original shipping box or within an alternate shipping container to keep them clean and secure.  In the event you use an alternate shipping container, you must ensure minimal movement inside by packing with bubble wrap or something similar.
  3. Print out a copy of your original purchase email and include it inside your parcel. 
  4. Seal the shipping box or container with tape so that all slits and corners are fully secured.
  5. Drop off the package at any Canada Post location. You may return to us using any selected service so long as there is tracking available.
